Tough structure, sophisticated technology Master craftsmanship
Precise manufacturing accuracy and hammered pattern from craftsmanship
Tough and tenacious titanium parts are finished by cold pressing, which represents Sabae's eyeglasses manufacturing technology. The collaboration of accurate machining technology and hammered pattern shows the possibility that cannot be achieved by pure machines.
Light, comfortable and secure fit
Flexible Beta-titanium is used for the temple parts. Enable secure fit even when the temples are widened by a two-phase bending mechanism (point B bending occurs after point A).
Screwed joints enable parts to be replaced
The front structure and end pieces are joined with screws. High-accuracy machining processes are applied to fit joints. End parts can be replaced in case of poor fit. (Excluding S2201)
Best fit by precise machining
Instead of pressing and brazing, the front mounting pipe is created by machining process. Precise machining leads high mounting accuracy. *(Excluding S2201)
Craftsmanship and spirits over generations
The core of the nose pad uses the family crest of our president, Umeda family, Kaga Umebachi crest. We hope that the commitment of the UMEBACHI series will be handed down through the family crest of Japanese culture.
Slim appearance by invisible thickness of the lens
S2201 with titanium full rim specifications uses a wide depth of rim. The edge thickness of the lens could be hidden achieving slim appearance.
Strong integrated pressing method
Regarding titanium sheet type S2202/S2203, the front parts are basically made by cold integrated pressing, and the only clings parts are welded. Intergrated pressed part allows no concern about part coming off.
